No kidding. Just ask yourself how many of your employees could get by just fine on Office 97. Apparently his idea of a long time is almost ten years.

So now MSFT's idea of adding value is getting their customers to spend thousands more buying and maintaining servers in order to add value to their productivity software. I'm sure that makes sense on some planet, just not this one.
