Both Firebird and Opera have tools that allow specific popups through the filters. I am a huge fan on Firebird, because it manages to block pop-ups and allow specific sites through. I doubt that Microsoft's version will be nearly as flexible. But by chance, if IE does happen to have a better pop-up blocker, Firebird will always have tabs and a load of plug-ins
