That I don't know. The account I signed into was from back in the day when Apple first licensed the one-click stuff from Amazon. I can't remember exactly what they asked me or why, but your question's a fair one. They should offer more explanation as to why they're requesting it (if not up front, some option off to the side to ger additional info, etc.)

I agree. I'm not sure where they were coming from making that claim. Thing is, it's so close to being near perfect, but it's like they just decided to let some things slide though the cracks. iTunes on Mac rules, and they should have made every last effort to ensure iTunes on Windows worked every bit as good.
