maximise/minimise - mac too

Its an idiosyncracy of the program not the platform - on
the Mac I-tunes breaks the rules as well. The general rule in
OS X is that the green maximise button makes the window
increase to display all the contents of the window - or at
least as much as will fit on the screen. Except in I-tunes!
As with windows it goes down to that tiny version. So on
that point at least its not a matter of not "getting" windows
as much as consciously deciding to break the rules - across
both platforms! (does that make you feel better?)

I agree if they are serious about creating Windows apps
they should include on the design team people who
primarily use windows and make sure the app feels as
familiar and comfortable in that environment as it can.
