Errors, bugs, issues

1. Installed failed with errors about some corrupt data.cab. Downloaded the file three times to try again. At the same time, Windows Dialog pops and says -- Digital Signature does not matches content ... The fourth time, it installed.

2. Too slow on Windowd 2000, 1GHz, 256 MB. Even scrolling does not respond fast enough! If the computer speed sounds too slow (well, all other programs work), then Steve Jobs needs to get a lesson on that 1GHz is 1,000,000,000 clock cycles per second!

3. To register, you have to provide your birthdate. Cannot contact the support without registering. (Simple logic tells that you cannot get support "on" registering.) They say they need birthdate so that I can recover a forgotten password. But then for that, they have conventional secret question. I hate all websites that ask for birthdates for no valid reason.

4. User-Interface is not good enough -- there is a search box there with no search "button" there. What if somebody likes to use mouse only!!

5. Says that MP3 is supported, but there is no mention of how to (if allowed) download directly in MP3 format. Help recommends downloading in the format needed against downloading in AAC format and then converting to MP3. On the user forums, it says cannot download in MP3. Well, if conversion to MP3 'is' allowed, how can they say that downloading in MP3 is not allowed because MP3 is unprotected format!!

6. Says that only three computers are authorized. OK. Unauthorizing a computer is allowed, but from the very same computer. What if Windows crashes, would the previous computer authorization work after reinstallation. If not how would I unauthorize. No mention of any such details in help or on website.

Come-on Steve. How can this be the best Windows application ever made?
