Lesson # 3 in law for the real world (not bitty world). If you repeat slander you are responsible for the content of what you say. It matters not that it did not originate from you. It matters only that you attempted to spread it. You are responsible for what you say, even if you are repeating something someone else said. Ignorance is not a defense.

With that in mind, I'm asking you for the proof. You keep chanting it. 283 patent infringement is your mantra, not mine. Those you claim originated the allegations are not here chanting along with you. It's just you. It's your claim. It's time for you to show the proof. Now back it up. Put up or shut up.

On second thought, forget the put up part.
