Not if you happen to be using OTA DTV and americas most wanted is using a 'flag, to be seeing it over at your friends house.

Or 'cops - sure you've got your internet,your homemade recording,- but you've got no reason to take it from somebody who wants to send it to you ? The reason didn't exist until the technology was there to do so.

And sure,nobody can buy the 'simpsons first season from someone who just wants to give it to you from their home recording.Na this just couldn't be.

You made the decision to create the home recording.You made the decision to create the performance of the work available 'publicly on the P2P.?

Nobody told MPAA/RIAA that internet had anything to do with their pictures.Much less your 'home recording being 'copyright violation. Na nobody told them that.
