And sure,nobody can buy the 'simpsons first season from someone who just wants to give it to you from their home recording.Na this just couldn't be.

You made the decision to create the home recording.You made the decision to create the performance of the work available 'publicly on the P2P.?

Nobody told MPAA/RIAA that internet had anything to do with their pictures.Much less your 'home recording being 'copyright violation. Na nobody told them that.
