"A recent court decision held that P2P software providers are not legally responsible for the swapping of materials protected by copyright because the software providers have no way of finding out what's going on.
So, of course, if they add filters and otherwise try to control what people are doing, the software providers open themselves up to liability.
They're definitely dumb enough to be doing this."

by attempting to help prevent piracy, you are faulted for not being 100%, better to not do anything at all
