Been mentioned already, I think by a US government official.
You won't get your break for a while.

I predict that on Monday a high government official will announce that P2P has been used to encourage boiling puppies.
And in the meantime, much of the US and world population continues to use P2P, waiting for the content providers to show some rationality.
They've got a long wait.
