Stop the fair use violations
Secure non-public P2P. Then here,as far as the honey jar can tell - there are still options to take.

P2P is said to be starting phone service soon.So is it the fashionability of copyright,or fashionability of copyrighted works that gets credit for this technology ? Hmm.

Everybody from the software exec,to the policeman watching a football game is going to pick up that phone and dial someday,...is that a 'what question or a when question.

'Without 'fair-use legislation there is no (none, zero) relationship to law as far as consumers are concerned to their privacy, software usage, home security.

The copyrighted agenda does not encapsulate usury via copyright law.As well the digital relationship to copyrighted works has not been spelled to standard via premise of 'piracy.

These are foreign functioning 'sites. But what anybody stands to gain out of 'fair-use legislation, copyright and business stands to gain as well.

This may be news to you.But neither of the copyright laws (name your number),DMCA (name your number),Electronic Theft Act (name your number),denotes that copyrighted works must be encapsulated to any given agenda across the digital spectrum of utility. Non,nada, zelch. They have only a premise of author, copyright security, and piracy punishment declarations.

Supposedly the digital utility:
Explicit copy
Explicit destination
Explicit storage
Explicit device

Is created as a function of author towards the relationship that would be decided to take.AND THEY ARE. However without denoting a standard, and referencing it,as the business side of things have done to 'piracy continuation of wich all appearance tell of 'let the market decide ,is something that the market as a component of will be denied in and of itself.

Copyright law should be amended at the institutional usage:

-rational fair use to the person of use for the esthetic performance of the copyrighted work.

DMCA should be amended:

-copyfriendly products cannot be prohibited.

And guess what,..WE are using them right now.But they are not denoted as feature.

However the frail edge of this is the business side wich condones that 'liscence can be traded in terms to your fair-use. FCC did this with the digital flag.Wich in fact is 'illegal search and seizure. Look they won it in oregon. 'None of your electronic equipment should be 'volatile to and outside influence within your dwelling. We have been making home recordings (copy vrs record)for twenty years. Quality isn't the idea here, the idea is that WE let them do so.

And as well you should consider ->your desktop is not a 'network as a computer.

So last time I looked we had laws based on persons in this country. It wasn't end user wich decided wich would be civil and wich would be servent.

No matter how you look at it.80% of the P2P file swapping is 'fair-use violations. There is no intention of usurping an authors monetary relationship to that work. It is the 'performance of that work wich is used to encapsulate its 'communication.

Pornography is another matter entirely.

Present copyright relationships,as they pertain to the person of use, cannot continue to create usury via 'liscence, made from the ordination via digital utility.Much less trading your constitutional rights to do so,or having an non arbitray means of preserving them when a product is related to its digital utility.

Stop the 'fair-use violations on P2P. You just got to think I just KNOW you where waiting for that.

-just talking.
