Police themselves or what? The Feinstein bill is an example.

In at leas three separate incidents this month, the studios themselves leaked "pre-release" material to create publicity, but they won't go to jail; only the people that download them.

All the P2P software I've seen allows blocking of certain kinds of files, passwording to prevent filters being changes, etc. Set the PC security settings to ZERO offensive and junior won't get to the latest Paris Hilton yawn-fest.

Hold the hands of your users because they're stupid or we'll cut your hands off? Welcome to any of a dozen backwards countries where we have people dying to stop that kind of treatment.

Ethics? When congress becomes honest itself, I will only then listen to their call for others to be honest.
