Offshoring is the best thing that has ever happened to the IT industry. IT cost too much. Offshoring can bring cost down tremendously both directly and through downward pressure on wages.
Unemployment is not high enougth. Increased unemployment alleviates inflation.
It is best for us to send the menial brainless jobs like phone answering, coding and engineering to India, which frees up people and money for the next big thing. We all have to retrain for the next big thing.
