In this case
A small company was buying Adobe bundles and reselling the
individual parts. There was no installation or anything. Just the
resale of the individual programs contained in the bundle. In
fact, since there was no installation, there was not even any
agreement to a license.

The court simply said that copyright did not cover the entire
bundle, only each individual program, so the small company was
within its right to resell each individual component.

As far as I know, you are correct about all this stuff. I was
simply pointing out the peculiar nature of this one case.
