Not exactly the case
Adobe has long had a policy - like most software companies -
that a buyer can transfer the license to another person. They
even have a license transfer form that you can mail or fax back.
I have used it.

In the case you cited, the seller was buying bundles - Adobe
traditionally put each program in a bundle on its own cd - and
reselling the bundled programs individually. They were, in fact,
simply transferring the rights to each program to another party.

The court simply upheld the right to transfer the license to each
individual program, as is legal with most, probably all,
shrinkwrapped software.
