A nice thoughtfull talkback from Mr. Ax today! Certainly better than the knee-jerk, trolling that you regularly use. I even agree with your premise - that Sun is on the right track (finally). The new "Land of the Rising Sun" is California.

I am not very happy about Sun selling Opteron boxes that run in 32bit mode! Since 64bit x86 Solaris does not yet exist, I wonder how much of a bargain people are getting from buying those Opteron Sun boxes? I have an Athlon 64 system just waiting for that Solaris - but I will have to wait some more . . . sad
