True, most of the customer service jobs are being outsourced now but that means a couple of million Amercians are out of work, if not more. Don't expect to get any better service from a foreigner, they'll still be trained to be "prepared lip service", the only difference will be you'll have a harder time understanding the accent. One major difference you will see is higher taxes and deductions from your wages to help the government support those unemployed customer service reps whom you don't seem to care whether or not are working.
