Today yes, and upon initial inception of the new tracking device passports yes. But what happens when the feds suddenly mandate needing these passports to a) get a job, b) get medication, c) see a doctor, d) file taxes, e) make purchases over 100$, etc..Then your tin foil hat will on longer save you from your own simplicity my friend..
