so what you are saying is

"There are different forms of outsourcing, and I do wish these articles would start respecting that.

1. IT Outsourcing, where a professional IT company helps the corporation manage it's on-site users, help desk, repairs, deployments, etc... When a professional IT company is contracted for this, the contracting company can benefit in many ways.

2. Oversea's Outsourcing of Help Desks, Programming and other tasks. We all know what problems this can cause, not only operationally but professionally as well, not to mention the detriment it causes to the local job force.

#1 is good when done right. #2 isn't good under any circumstances. "
