If they are going to do outsourcing, why not?
They will be doing outsourcing to US companies that do not have a clue and will demand .Net. You might as well take thier money! And there will be come companies in China using .Net as well. And, Gates and Balmer were for sure extremely desperate to sign some sort of deal in China after the Sun news. Maybe MS is even giving them everything for free, including training. Fun to watch Gates and Balmer squirm.
