If he acknowledges that Novell kept a lot of stuff, doesnt that make SCO = toast? But then we dont know what IBM has or hasnt done and what Novell has or hasnt got.

Either way SCO is still going to be toast as the whole case has taken a life of its own which will consume SCO methinks.

I think he means to expand the viable wider not just saying it isnt viable at the moment. In what direction would be interesting.
