My thoughts exactly.....
Monkey-Boy wants someone to foot the bill for cheap PC's that run their "starter" version of Windows. What's really needed is a cheaper version of (uncrippled) Windows.

If it costs less, perhaps more people would buy it. This would reduce piracy and perhaps they wouldn't need their idiotic "product activation" which only serves to annoy regular users while not even phasing the pirates.

Their reduced version of Windows is indeed a miracle. It was only a few years ago, during their antitrust proceedings, that Microsoft said they couldn't remove components from Windows because it would cripple it completely. Do you think they lied?
