The Problem With This
is that when proprietary, there is actually no 'market to decide wich is a program decision or 'not.
Face it, there is a limited number of applications available .. really limited in type ,scope, and usability. If for those wich have a good product already,by means of subscription model decide that for that singular product , this is the rate , according to 'subscriber balance, things will remain as they are .... for a very long time.

For somebody to be talking about software, they here merely speak of 'return on investment, but nothing of the broader conceptual strengths. Well everybody is playing that game, and it has nothing to do with good software products. It has more to do with intailing the 'market speak that proprietary liscencing speaks among themselves for all those 'quite user agreements. Wich have nothing but to shelter the singular aspect of provision the all so good money game has made rules for.

'Liscencing should be canned.Quite frankly, a strong competition to a good software product is one that will challenge liscencing doctrine in wich its utilization and purchase is 'owned without the result of 'end-user tender.

'For 'end-user, we are at 'end-times on the part of person utilization, and consistancy of usable software programs. If monopoly portrays itself within licence, propriety,or utility this scheme of wich keeps 'asset to its consuming purchase is sure to win its own part in the variable of 'market.

Then you know, that with 'spyware being already 'lawfully prohibited, this is the question that comes assuming for the 'rent-a-software variable.

Just want to belive that a different way of doing things could bring asset in distrutive manner, rather than 'liability, to those that consume purchase and patron them.

The temptation here is to jump onboard the 'rent a program , because its more 'legal control. When actualy most users are fed up with the contract bullcrap knowing that software can still be 'goods, with receipt proof of purchase, performance,as well as warrant of 'asset.

Wont work in every stead. Again though, the premise of performance,in business, and products,is something wich is more than a necesity of those that make, and break laws.

-just talking.
