Either the brakes come off or the wheels Will
I know my customers are getting really steamed at MSFT. Asking why they should pay so much for crap that keeps breaking. For software that they have to buy more software to keep it working right.

Those days are coming to a close very quickly. Many new vendors coming in with turn-key boxes they'll maintain.

Either the brakes come off on the pricing model or the wheels will come off the business.
