Do you have what it takes to join Google?: Wow, talk about old news. Anyway, the billboards aren't the best method of recruitment just because it limits their search to that location. But the aptitude test in tech magazines, at least that can reach everybody. I received a magazine with the test in it. I haven't filled it out yet but I plan to.
