- cool idea but....

almost useless. If they are attracting the "Super smart" (insert laugh here), how many of them even want to work at google? what does googles product line offer them? do you think they will find googles work interesting? challenging?
those are aspects that the every developer looks at when they join a new company. So are they targeting the right audience?
