Some of my users dont even know how to type, this is a sad reality. To switch them from what they have seen most of there lives would be detramental to the company.

What's typing got to do with it?

A group I work with recently ran an experiment: Knoppix disks were circulated to the clerical staff for "ease of use" evaluation. Unanimous report: easy to use, "can I have a copy for my mother?"
