Open Minded
I am quite open minded, in fact when I am looking for a solutions I look open source first. I built our E-Commerce site using open source technology, and some of our critical apps are running on Linux. But in the end , the desktop is going to have to be microsoft for now. The training issue as well as application compatibility.

Some of my users dont even know how to type, this is a sad reality. To switch them from what they have seen most of there lives would be detramental to the company.

now if HR cared about computer skills half the time I wouldnt have too much concern.
