In my case, sarcasm
I was responding to quietLee's post, particularly the closing line. I was basically agreeing that, apparently, the only thing the world has to worry about is Microsoft (or GWB, although Vily Clay and others will tell you that it's the same thing). There are no evil governments or homicidal fanatics in the world, only Microsoft. Even though the Chinese government is repressive, it's seen as good that it's adopting Linux, since that adoption threatens Microsoft.

I don't believe I said anything about France in my post.
