Having competition doesn't mean you don't have a Monopoly
As you always claim that Microsoft has 95% of all the markets, they still have a monopoly. All the EU is doing is making sure they don't abuse that monopoly to extinguish any chance of the samll competition from competing on the desktop and office suite arena.
