So are these "non Americans" here on work visas or just illegal aliens? Being that you haven't outsourced, they must be here in the US, right? Are we talking green cards or just cheap under-the-table cash? You could have been a little more explicit. And what's up with your last paragraph? Is obscurity and ambiguity your forte?
