Not really...
Unlike the other two options I have the choice of legally paying or not. With Microsoft and Apple you gotta pay to legally play. Therin is a fundemental difference.

Another thing, if I don't need the proprietary software then I am not forced to buy it or install it. There are alternatives available, granted not easy to use or implement but they are there.

Your total lack of understanding of the Linux OS and it's composition shows through yet once again.
