SPAM supporting judge
These pop-up ads are nothing more than "Browser SPAM". They should be treated as such. In these cases at least the originator is clearly identified.

Perhaps some class action lawsuits for theft of bandwidth would be possible and useful. At the least it would generate some bad publicity and ill will for those presented in the ads.
