Sigh.
How do you define 'capable'?

I'm capable of lots of things, make only $46k/yr,
and probably pay more in taxes as those much
vaunted tax cuts do nothing more than shift the
burden from those who can afford it to those who
can't.

I am also seeing others in my field get their
jobs moved offshore so those fat pigs at the top
can pocket the change. And apart from play golf
and attend meetings while hiring contractors to
do their jobs, I see little that makes many CEOs
so important. Indeed, why do we lose our jobs
and take pay cuts when THEY never do? Shouldn't
they take the hit when they lose profits as well?
(they should, but in this world they shift the
blame, while shifting every cent to their bank
accounts.)

I wonder how much government subsidy that
corporation gets as well. I often hear the big
song and dance from corporate execs about 'self
reliance', et al, yet there's a lot of
information about how many multi-billion
corporations get tons of free money from the
government. Forgive me, but something doesn't
seem right. I call it "hypocrisy".

I have no argument about people earning their
keep. But our system has been totally skewed and
perverted. The upper class shifts tax burdens,
don't take cuts when they lose profits but
instead can everybody else who are likely NOT the
problem... I could go on for days.
