You live on whatever you're capable of earning. If you don't like what you're getting, change it. Don't expect the rest of us to contribute to your upkeep. We've got ours, now it's up to you to get yours.
Conway's a relatively young guy - early 50's probably. He's making $2Mil/yr, so the $20Mil represents what he would have made over his lifetime. If you were as important to your workplace as he was to yours, you'd be able to get the same deal.
