Get fired, get rewarded for life.

Let's say this CEO is 20 years old.

At $10 mil alone, he's basically getting $200k
per YEAR, for FIFTY years. (and if he's 50,
which is more likely, he's now retiring in
style.)

Families of 4 have to live on $40k per year, or
less. And often can't.

And most people who get fired don't get severance
packages of any sort.

While $200k/yr isn't as much as $1 mil/yr, he's
hardly going to the gutter.

It seems that getting fired isn't a punishment to
these executives, but means of getting free money
for life. And thanks to government subsidies
("welfare for large corporations"), WE are still
paying for HIS lifestyle. Ironic, in a way...
