in a word,,, money. or in many, having to pay to use a "standard".. It creates a barrier to entry for small companies, if they all have to use doc xls mdb blah blah blah... The EU needs as many small businesses as possible. I say use what you want,, its the recipients problem reading the file. I mean i typed you should figure out hwo to read it,,,, ok im just being goofy with that... but.
