Really? Lets examine that a bit.
Before Samba can access a file on a Windows box those files must be sharted. How do you access a shared file on a Windows box? Well, you must first authenticate your rights via the Windows system. You know, the system with the patents...

Hmmm, I haven't used Samba but if it's like most UNIX beasts, don't you first have to MOUNT THE DRIVE? You know the FAT based drive...

Tell me somnething else guys. If you are so rigtht, and I am so wrong, why are the Samba guys scared???
