Mobile IM client also sends voice messages

Toooo Much: Let me get this straight - You buy a cell phone to talk to other people. You then pay again to get messaging service. You NOW pay again for dual conversation - voice messaging. So you now have a phone, that you use the messaging interface, to send a voice message?
