Missed it.
I think you missed it. I do understand that corps have been in courts for ever (BTW: I have worked for huge corps all of my career). But in the Software industry there hasn't been much suits to compete until after the MS battle.

Lately it seems like every Software company is suing other software companies and it is all to stifle competition.

My point is: it is truely too bad that the industry has decided not to compete with good/cheep products but with lawyers.
