Monopolies are not illegal. Microsoft used every business method at its disposal to reach and maintain its dominance. Any company in Microsoft's position will do the same. IBM did it. Standard Oil did it. AT&T did it. This is the pinnacle of success in a system based on private enterprise.
Everything is acceptable in business until a law is written that says it is not.
The ethics of being in a dominant position seems always to be left behind.
