Oracle owns 23+ million shares of PS.

Oracle owns 6+% of PS.

71+ percent of institutional traders own PS (pension funds, retirement funds, banks etc.)

Only 29% of individuals own PS stock.

Oracle is 22+ percent of THAT NUMBER.

Oracle is the tail of the dog.

PS is valued at 7.2 billion.

Oracle is offering 7.7 billion.

PS stocks were trading at 19+ a share around noon today EST.

Oracle is offering 21 a share.

Can the tail wag the dog?

And as long as there is a tax payer living and breathing out there, the gummint will NEVER RUN OUT OF MONEY - cause they DO know how to squeeze blood from a turnip....
