Without Going Into Concepts
of 'add infintum person of informations , this wont do anything at first geuss but strengthen the proliferation of add programs.

Since simply displaying the blatant disregard for privacy , is the first thing being trained to software engineers these days , via structure of the liscence agreement(s).

The house and the senate have not considered the concepts of information, or the persons of them enough , nor probably will they be able to understand the environment of them. Since the constitution is grainly defined to 'persuit of happiness, the process of what becomes the who of wich it is address.

Anything of notice in law from the house or senate could 'afford the general well being. But in cadence of law, perhaps nobody can 'afford 'law in this concept of environment. Perhaps what is needed is a different body of 'regulation, rather than law so that precedents can be gather through experience without guiding grave consequences through unresolved definitions of persons.

Since realistically the 'person, is lost through the expectation of 'liscence. Rather than a product wich is expected to have rational intention through defined known environments employing the same relationship to informations of persons.

That is 'add infinitum in the person of information, should be resolved in respect of 'liscence before a requirement of indemnity conditions 'law to be afforded to them.

- just talking.
