Beware of ANYTHING which needs "special software"...
I've yet to see a single piece of "special software" which is easy to use, doesn't crash, and doesn't feel like it was written on Windows 3.1 by a 13 year old.

Let me drag files/photos/whatever in and out of the device using Windows Explorer. That's all I want.
