ms doesn't have spyware
"Would ms be exempt from spyware laws? If you ever have used a program to detect spyware on a windows machine you know that there are a lot of "phone home" programs running, also known as spyware. Maybe I'm wrong, but judging from your previous posts you seem to be an avid (rabid?) ms fan. "

i do use adaware, and other people write spyware on windows, but that is not ms fault
