Its Called
''automatic connectivity". Or automated connectivity. Everything else denoted as to 'privacy, usage (as in home keylogging),or network. A device is using an automated connective 'without the knowledge of its user. This isn.t what creates the spyware constituent however - just because it has this automative connectivity,..its what the connectivity does then without the knowledge of the user wich portrays its 'spyware.

Phone home, sending surfing data out to strangers, keyloging - they have each 'automated connectivity in common.

Privacy concerns the person, while anything else as well concerns the machine.

It makes no difference wether within a network,or singular machine is used. An application is installed''wich is 'automated connectivity". This goes to reason for legitimate applications, and well as non-legitimate application.

automated connectivity is considered within client/server,client/server applications,or each of there own.

This is looked at with firewalls between client/server applications wich is consistent between the 'networked situation. But it isn't looked at as consistent to OLE type situations, wich is still automated connectivity''among applications.

A situation of prevention is a requirement to provide the user with the necesary platform of wich to portray wether or not an application has this 'automated conectivity'. To be decided if it is necesary,or useful - and be identified as doing so. A requirement of instruction to denote that an application, software, program etc component has 'automated connectivity to the user, whereby its control can be conducted for example.

This would tend to take some of the 'social block off the relevance of 'rights or 'security because having this available permiates the ability to do so.

Within 'privacy,a person is only involved when things are pertained as to be relevent to the person,. Rather than machine functions ascertained to be owning to 'right,or priveledge.

So without first recognizing the understated values of 'automatic connectivity, denoting the same categories, and differences to its effect between machine, and person categorizing a 'privacy does nothing for terminology wich cannot be consistent to it.

This is another different respect of polarizing machine usage from person. While most programs do their specific 'automatic connectivity well, they do so without contrasting the variants between themselves to be so.

Automatic connectivity' is consistent across networks or single machines ,or single application,or software programs. The role of wich is consistent to machine, and person of use is usually hidden from controlling mechanism.

-just talking.
