- Ignoring One of Peoplesoft's Largest Customer Bases
- Peoplesoft also serves (or has sold their product to--customer service is sorely lacking) several large educational institutions, where the software is used for ALL registration, record-keeping and financial aid. What does Conway propose to do to improve relations with this segment of Peoplesoft's client base? Several institutions have already begun to bring lawsuits; many others are heading in that direction.
