But there is no way I can change it, Microsoft will change it as and when they see fit, unless people do something which is going to hit their bottom line. Stop buying the software until it is fixed. That wont happen because of the propriotory nature of the software.

People are already locked and it is too expensive to change across to OSS unless someone brave decides to do it as a policy change. So all they can do is to hand Ms the vaseline and touch their ankles and hope nothing bad happens.
