Most email this days has forged return address, most of the ones that I check are not actually in AOL's address space even if they have an AOL email address.

AOL is actually a bit on the anal side when it comes to accepting email. I have noticed that if they can't do a reverse lookup on your outbound email server then they will not accept email from you. This is usually the case with people that have an spamming virus in their PC, the virus has their own SMTP engine and send email out directly from the PC rather than forwarding it via MAPI or your ISP email server. It inconviences me at times because the people that I registered my domain with will not handle the reverse lookup DNS job for my domain, but on the whole is it a good thing on AOL's part.
