... I never post much, except when I really have something to say. I read most of the posts in here though.

But I pretty much have to agree with this one. I can't see why you guys are lashing out on him that way.

In my world, people *are* pretty much seperated into 2 groups:
- The pro-Open source people, who hate everything Microsoft stands for
- The pro-Microsoft, that won't even give an alternative database server a chance (Oracle vs. SQL Server 2k anyone?)

... personally, I'm somewhere in between.
I see both sides of the coin, the Microsoft side because well, it's a livelyhood. It puts butter on the bread for my part.
But I also see the Open source route as a feasable one, because alternatives and choices is good for the consumers, and good for innovation. Also, there's a lot of good products out there, that can perform tasks better than a MS alternative.

But back to my point; Why are you lashing out at him? I don't get it...
