Yes, I DID have to Google for an answer. I believe they ARE compiling a list.
I believe that messing with SOME of these would not be a smart idea- as you could slow it down quite a bit.

I gather that: "mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.action has value 2" means that you scroll 2 lines at a time with the mouse wheel.
